DeliveryDELIVERY SCHEDULE
In-stock items ship within 48 hours of order receipt (not including weekends or holidays). Out-of-stock items are shipped within 3 - 5 weeks of order receipt. Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will be emailed a tracking number. Domestic deliveries generally take 1 - 2 business days and international deliveries take 3 - 4 business days, although, some locations can take longer. We try to deliver all items according to this time frame, but take no responsibility for any consequence of late delivery however the delay is caused.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
All products are discreetly shipped in a plain bag or box, using TNT for Canadian and International deliveries. Signature is required. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We use as little indication as to the contents or reference to our company as practical. All delivery addresses will be copied as per customer input. If the carrier or post cannot deliver because of incorrect address, we reserve the right to charge an additional shipping charge for redelivery.
All shipping charges are billed at our cost. We do not make a profit on our shipping costs.
COUNTRIES OF DELIVERY
We currently ship to Argentina, Australia, Canada, Europe, New Zealand, and the United States.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
Your order may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are due once your package reaches your country. Polymorphe ships your package with duties and taxes UNPAID, and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If these additional charges are incurred, you will have to pay them in order for your package to clear customs. Please do not ask us to under-value the contents of your shipment for import purposes.
We cannot be held responsible for any confiscations by customs. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE CANNOT ISSUE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR SEIZED ITEMS THAT ARE NOT RETURNED TO US. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
Packages returned as unclaimed or refused which have incurred returned shipping charges or duties will be billed to your credit card.
BILLING & SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please make sure to provide an exact billing and shipping information. Remember to spell out the address to which you are shipping the order. Abbreviations, misspellings, and other typos can result in your package being delayed or undeliverable.
We will happily ship your product to an address that differs from your billing address. However, please make sure that the shipping address is on file with your credit card company. This will prevent a delay in the shipping process. The exception being when using PayPal, PayPal requires that items be shipped to the official address that they have on file ONLY.
