Polymorphe is owned and operated by Mario Bouchard. This website and all of its content are the property Polymorphe.
Everything we sell is of our own design. We manufacture and use the highest quality latex sheeting available. Our latex comes in many weights, colors, and textures and we use the appropriate grade of latex for each of the hand-made garments we produce.
Shopping at Polymorphe.com is 100% secure and guaranteed safe. We will not sell or pass your information on to a third party.
BILLING & SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please make sure to provide an exact billing and shipping information. Remember to spell out the address to which you are shipping the order. Abbreviations, misspellings, and other typos can result in your package being delayed or undeliverable.
We will happily ship your product to an address that differs from your billing address. However, please make sure that the shipping address is on file with your credit card company. This will prevent a delay in the shipping process. The exception being when using PayPal, PayPal requires that items be shipped to the official address that they have on file ONLY.
We believe in and stand behind our products. However, we also need to set reasonable guidelines, safety measures, and procedures for our company, staff, and customers. Keeping this in mind, our return policy is as follows:
ARRANGING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
All returns must be authorized by Polymorphe. Products without an RMA number will be refused.
When returning items, use a shipping method with tracking or delivery confirmation. Please be sure to write your RMA number on the outside of your package.
Returns are made at your cost, except in the case of defective merchandise.
When returning items from another country, please contact us for instructions, if not another duty could be added. We will refuse any packages that have had this charge added and they will be returned to you. We do not accept any responsibility for parcels incorrectly returned to us.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise: Items that may have been damaged in transit, or defective when received, can be returned for store credit or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of having received the damaged or defective item so we may issue you a return authorization and shipping label. Please keep the original packaging until you contact us.
Exchanges for Another Size or Style: Please contact us within 7 days of having received your shipment so we may provide you with a RMA number. We will gladly accommodate a size exchange for items that do not pose a potential health risk. Products returned to Polymorphe for size change will be charged shipping fees ONLY. Products returned for another style or color will be charged a 30% re-stocking fee plus shipping. Products may be accepted for credit or exchange at our discretion after inspection.
Custom Made Items: Special items made according to your measurements will incur an extra 30% charge and CANNOT be returned. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery should there be a fit issue. Simple colour changes are done free of charge, however they render the garment NON-RETURNABLE and take extra time to make.
Exceptions: Due to the nature of our products, and to ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any item that may have come in contact with erogenous areas of the body or bodily fluids (blood, saliva, semen, urine, etc.). Returns or exchanges of these types of items will only be accepted in the case of a damaged or defective product. Please be sure to inspect your items upon receipt.
Condition: All returns must be in original condition; unworn, unwashed and include their original tags, packaging, paperwork, and accessories. Incomplete returns may result in the package being returned to you at your cost.
If you believe that items are missing from your delivery, check that the order has not been partially shipped. It is your responsibility to notify us of missing items within 24 hours of receiving your shipment.
If you receive items that are different from what you ordered, notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Cancellation of your order may be subject up to a 50% processing charge.
